I am VERNON HAYNES, born in the country of TRINIDAD and TOBAGO where I played soccer for ST BENEDICTS COLLEGE, the NATIONAL COLLEGE team, and further went on to play for CARONI LTD, and coached their senior and youth teams and played for MARLVERN SPORTS CLUB first division.

I was also assistant coach for CARAPICHAIMA and coach for CHAGUANAS SENIOR COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS.

I migrated to the United States where I pursued my coaching career and started coaching in New Jersey with the MAROONS SOCCER CLUB where I coached
U-10,U-12,U-16 both boys and girls. My ambition is to become one of the best soccer coaches in the world. I love the game with a passion and i love teaching the game to anyone, who is willing to learn.I am determined to produce skillful and talented players in the game of soccer. My method is simple and effective.
